God Bless my good brother Sly Boogie. People, I too am a personal trainer. Sly and I trained at LA fitness together. Although I've trained soldiers while in the U.S. Army, I still needed help with training regular people. :-) There were many trainers @ the gym but Sly's style stood out. He taught me to use the secret that many trainers wont use because if they did there clients would see results faster. We have both advanced since then. However, I just had to pay homage to one of the greats. Thanks
