Butter and Hydrogenated oil = Bad fat Choose "No fat" on your cheese, your milk, your dressing, etc.
NO more then 6% sugar on anything. Fructose corn syrup is as bad as sugar!
Choose whole wheat grains. NOT: Enriched flour or bleached flour. (The heavier the bread the healthier it is. If you can hold the bread in one end and it doesn't bend its good. Sloppy is no

White meat instead of red meat. (Chicken, ham, turkey, fish)
Try brown pasta and rice instead of white. Not a big difference in taste and it is a lot better for you!

IF YOU EAT OUT AT A RESTAURANT MAKE SURE THAT THE FOOD AND SPECIALLY THE SAUCES ARE NOT MADE WITH LOTS OF FAT AND SUGAR.(They normally are) Ask for dressings and sauces on the side! NO FRIED FOOD! FOOD CAN BE HEALTHY BEFORE IT IS MADE AND EXTREMELY UNHEALTHY WHEN IT IS PREPARED AND SERVED!!
