Being healthy (Including losing weight!) is a life style, NOT a diet! A diet lasts while you are on the diet and maybe for one extra month. When the diet is over your body does no longer expect any solid food. You have not burned (metabolism) any solid food so now your body is "used" to not getting any food. So what happens when you start to eat normal again?Your metabolism is not woking as it should and you have to get used to eating normal food again. Every little thing you eat will be put on "lay away"Like the hamster does it :) Right on your hip or belly... Your body makes sure it has food because it do not want to "starve" again! :) You will gain the weight right back! This is why a diet does'nt work!! To be able to stay healthy and to not gain weight you need stability so your metabolism works. If it doesn't work you will gain weight from every little "bad" thing you eat! To get your metabolism up you have to do 2 things:
1. Regular training!
2. Regular healthy eating!
The good thing is that if you have a healthy lifestyle you can allow yourself to eat unhealthy once in a while because your metabolism and training will work it off for you! This is a benefit for the people that live their every day life healthy! A good rule is to only have healthy food in your fridge and your home. The unhealty food you can save for a dinner out with friends! Taste is something you and your body hasgotten used to over the years! You can reset your body! If you try for a week or two to not add salt or sugar in your food you will find that you dont need it! You will find that the food itself is salty and sweet enough! You will still love and enjoy your food. You just need to know the small changes that make the big difference. :-)
Just make 3 rules:
1. EAT AND TRAIN REGULARLY 4-6 regular meals a day and minimum,60 minutes of good work outs a week! "Break a sweat"
2. DONT ADD SUGAR, SALT AND FAT TO YOUR FOOD!! Corn syrup, saturated and trans fats.
3. NO FRIED FOOD!Choose baked, cooked, or grilled instead..
WARNING!! I also want to let everybody know that I am against most "Diet" Pills! You have a few that is made with all natural ingredients but it is not many and most people dont know witch one to choose. They go by result and dont think about the consequences! A lot of the Pills you can buy now is not only not aprooved by the FDA but it also contains ingredients like ephedrine and other dangerous substance!
Be careful what you put in your body!
