Get Your Metabolism Up
 

Train regularly. Training is THE MOST important thing for your health and life!!. It affects your metabolism, your energy, your sex drive, your bone structure, the way you age, if you will live a long and active life, your brain function. Just to mention a few!. After every workout your brain gives you a rush of "Adrenaline" Its like a drug and you get addicted. Its "Happy cells" ! :) 

Breakfast!!! You don’t start your metabolism before you start to eat. Eat every 3 hours. (As regularly as possible) Maybe you eat the right amount of food but you eat too much, too rare?
If that’s the case your body will hold on to the food because it does not know how long it is until
the next meal. You will lower your metabolism and you will gain weight!!

Cut your meals in half if you are a big eater. If you want your belly to shrink, you need to shrinkyour meals.

Last meal of the day, 3 hours before you go to bed. Your body works really slow when you sleep and will not be able to burn the food. You will gain weight!

Water.

Your meal should be 1/3 meat, 1/3 vegetables and 1/3 carbs. Depending if you want to build/gain or lose weight.

Stop half way in your meal.Take a break for 5 minutes.You normally eat more then you need because you think you’re not full but if you wait until the food is down in your belly you might be!

Your last meal of the day should be proteins."Carbs" is the hardest to burn off. (Pasta, rice, bread,potatoes etc)

Don’t eat right before a work out! 1.5 hours before a work out!

Have a snack with you to the gym and eat within

30 minutes after you finished training. (Banana, vitamin bar, nuts, etc) This is when your body is working the hardest and needs food. This is also the best time to go home and have a good dinner! It will burn off and your metabolism will increase every time!

Eat a couple of nuts and drink water before your meals. That way you will fill up and your body's need for fat will lower. Your body will crave less than normal.

If you NEED to eat unhealthy, do it early in the day. The worst thing you can do when you want to lose weight is eating unhealthy at night!! Same goes for heavy drinking at night!
