Small does not make it less!! Filled with sugar. One small muffin can contain more calories than your whole dinner.
Salt
Not good! You get more than enough salt through other spices and foods! Choose other spices/ herbs. Garlic is great for you.
Butter
This is the bad fat. Choose olive oil.
Sugar
Lots of substitutes to make it sweet. Strawberry and raisins for your cereal, sweet&low for your
tea and coffee, etc.
