Miami Beach Fitness Plans
One on One Training:
We focus on getting you in the shape you want to be in. By establishing your goals, fitness level and train where you want, working around your schedule.
Group Training:
A group consisting of 2-4 that would like to train together with the same goals in mind. For some people it's easier to get motivated and stay focused on their goals and program when they have friends that also "push" them
Football/ Basketball/ Baseball Coach:
Whether you are in school already playing and want to refine your skills, prepare for a higher level or you have a child that wants to learn how to play sports. This option can be "One on One" or "Group/ Team Training".
Park "In Home" or Gym
You decide where you want to train. We can meet in the park, or maybe you have a gym at your house and you want me to come to you, or you don't have a gym but prefer training in a gym with weights.
